Monex is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that allows you to manage digital assets on the Solana and Monad blockchains. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds or private keys.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your seed phrase and password
• Maintaining the security of your device
• All transactions made through your wallet
• Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet

4. No Recovery

Important: If you lose your seed phrase, we cannot recover your wallet or funds. There is no password reset or account recovery option. You are entirely responsible for backing up your seed phrase securely.

5. Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• Regulatory changes may affect your ability to use certain features
• Technical failures or cyber attacks may occur

You agree not to use Monex for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Circumventing sanctions or embargoes
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Monex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the wallet will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, data, or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of Monex after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
